Lyrik Petitt takes a ride on the carousel in Cravath Lakefront Park during Whitewater’s four-day, 4th of July festival that featured a carnival including rides and local vendors, live music, a parade, the Whippet City Mile Run, two nights of fireworks and a performance by the Minneiska Water Ski Team.
