Robert Cody Southard, 33, of Sharon passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at Javon Bea Hospital in Rockford, Ill. A Celebration of Life was held Sunday at Veterans Park in Delavan. Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan is assisting the family.
