Richard Allen Osborne, 48 of Delavan died April 7, 2015. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Harvest Pointe Church in Delavan. Friends may call three hours before the service at the church. Betzer Funeral Home of Delavan is assisting the family.
