Walter “Wally” James Costa, 63, of Delavan Lake, died on March 29, 2014, at Mercy Walworth Hospital and Medical Center
Wally, as he was fondly called, was born in Chicago, on Dec. 21, 1950, to Leona J. Wisowaty and Walter James Costa. The family moved to Delavan Lake and became active in St. Andrews Catholic Church.
Wally was challenged with some health issues during his life. His beloved mother took good care of him at home until her death and then his dear sister, Maggie, cared for and tended to his special needs.
Wally is survived by his sister, Margaret “Maggie” (Jim) Hoffer, of Delavan Lake; a niece, Jeanette (Aaron) Ulrich, of Delavan Lake; and great niece, Jocelyn. There are no services planned at this time. Betzer Funeral Home of Delavan is serving the family.
