Aurora Lakeland Medical Center, W3985 County NN, Elkhorn will host its 13th annual reunion for former inpatient rehabilitation patients and their families from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 18, in the hospital’s lower level conference rooms.
