Elkhorn man joins Wixon as Engineering Project Manager

Wixon, a manufacturer of seasonings, flavors and technologies for the food and beverage industry, has named Paul Wasielewski as Engineering Project Manager.

In this newly created position, Wasielewski will be responsible for execution of capital and maintenance projects, and development of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs. He will also interactively train Wixon’s maintenance and production staff, manages all facility service contracts, and develop cost-effective options and processes to improve plant efficiency. Wasielewski will report to Ed Becerra, Vice President of Operations.

Wasielewski formerly served as Senior Project Engineer for Ocean Spray Cranberries and in numerous supervisory maintenance positions at the Chrysler Engine Plant in Kenosha, Wis. He graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering and is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).
