In recognition of decades of public service, the East Troy Village Board on Monday unanimously inducted former board President Bill Loesch and Public Works Director Tom Rossmiller to the newly created village Wall of Fame.

Board President Randy Timms submitted both applicants for consideration.

Loesch served on the village board for 26 years, 10 years as trustee and 16 as board president.  During his tenure Loesch “managed man developments, supervised multiple village staff, spearheaded numerous advancements to village infrastructure and provided village staff a platform with which it can continue to develop and grow successfully,” according to Timms’ application.

Rossmiller began his career in the department of public works and eventually became director. “To this point in time, Tom carries the distinction of serving the village as an employee for longer than anyone – 40 years,” according to Timms’ application.
