Clean up Old World Wisconsin on April 20

Residents are invited to help clean up Old World Wisconsin on April 20 in preparation for its opening in May.

Old World Wisconsin, W372 S9727 Highway 67, Eagle, will host its annual clean-up event from 7 a.m.-noon on Saturday, April 20.

Individuals and groups of volunteers are invited to help rid the site of winter’s debris in preparation for the museum opening to school and adult groups on Wednesday, May 1 and the general public May 4.

The majority of the chores are outdoors, and lunch will be provided at the end of the event. Teams will be led by the museum’s staff.

Volunteers are encouraged to wear garden gloves and to bring their own rakes, brooms, clippers and other outdoor clean-up tools. Reservations are not required, but appreciated for groups.
