Juan Andres Sanita, 57, of Delavan died at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics on Aug. 12, 2012.
Funeral services were 7 p.m. on Aug. 16 at St. Andrews Church. Visitation was an hour before services.
Betzer Funeral Home served the Sanita Family.
