Ernest C. Valenti, 71, of Delavan passed away on Aug. 26, 2020, at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn.
He was born in Chicago, on May 20, 1949, to George and Helen (Kazda) Valenti. He was united in marriage to Mary Templeton. Ernest worked many years in construction.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; children, Christopher (Pam) Valenti, of Delavan, Steven (Laura) Valenti, of Navarre, Fla., Troy (Jamie) Riley, of Delavan, and Heather Riley, of Delavan; 11 grandchildren and four great grandchildren; brothers, George Valenti, of Bolling Brook, Ill., and John McIntyre, of Galveston, Texas; sisters, Antoinette Dlouhy, of Jefferson City, Mo., Sandy Pratt, of Peoria, Ill., and Georgina Valenti, of Sharon; and many nieces and nephews.
Ernest is preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday at Roselawn Memory Gardens in Lake Geneva.
Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan is assisting the family.
