Lions legacy project

      The Delavan Lions Club pledged $10,000 as a legacy project to Congdon Gardens for a seating area at its 80th Anniversary party in May 2018 with a $5,000 check to start the project, followed by $2,500 the next two years with the final payment made Jan. 8. Work began in August 2018 and was competed in the fall of 2019 with a plaque stating the Delavan Lions donated the area.
