Eight perform at state choir event

      Eight members of the Lincoln Elementary School choir in Whitewater were selected for the Wisconsin Choral Directors Association’s All-State children’s choir. The performance was held Jan. 12 at Lawrence University in Appleton. Local students who performed were, front row from the left, Isaac Weigel, Erika Dreksler, Gracie Dixon and Elora Wildermuth-Brietzman; back row, Margaret Brown, Chacha Binagi, Nina Heim, Yareli Palomec and honors choir director from the Platteville Children’s Choir, Marcie Russell.
