The Elks finished the Southern Lakes Conference regular season with victories in two of their final three dual meets.

The Elks beat Westosha Central and Wilmot and lost by 10 strokes to Waterford.

Coach Mark Malvitz said the Elks’ two victories pushed the team’s SLC dual meet record to .500 at 3-3.

Elkhorn beat Wilmot 214-218 Sept. 14 at Twin Lakes Country Club. Afton Malvitz led the Elks with a nine-hole score of 45.

Wilmot’s Keegan Destrie won individual medalist honors with a 44.

The Elks played a SLC three-team dual meet Sept. 13 against Waterford and Union Grove at Ives Golf Links in Sturtevant. Ives Grove is Union Grove’s home course.

The Elks made-up a previously cancelled dual meet vs. Waterford during the Wolverines’ regularly scheduled date with Union Grove.

Waterford beat the Elks 186-196 on the strength of a six under par, nine-hole score of 33 from Aubrie Torhorst.

Lockhart led the Elks with a career-low 44. Afton Malvitz shot a 48. Jacobs shot a 50, Musgrove a 54 and Rand carded a 55.
