RONALD LOGTERMAN

      Ronald V. Logterman, 72, of Delavan, passed away July 16, 2018, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Janesville.

He was born in Elkhorn on Oct. 2, 1945, to Benjamin and Johanna (Jelgerhuis) Logterman. Ron proudly served in the U.S. Army. He was united in marriage on June 14, 1975, at the Delavan Christian Reformed Church. He worked for many years at Sta-Rite and then Pentair.

Ron is survived by his wife of 43 years, Pat; two sons, Dean (Kim Hess) Logterman, of Janesville, and Jason Logterman, of Sauk City; two grandchildren, Samuel and Ella; a sister, Kay (Gary) Person, of Delavan; a brother, Jack (Nancy) Logterman, of Roscoe, Ill.; two sisters-in-law, Erin and Maureen Logterman; and many nieces and nephews.

Ron is preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Glen and Benton.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Delavan Christian Reformed Church, 850 Oak St. in Delavan. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Delavan Christian Reformed Church and an hour prior to the service Monday. Burial with military honors will take place at Spring Grove Cemetery in Delavan.

Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan is assisting the family.
