Garden Fair Fun

Kris Strehlow, of Delavan, keeps the plants watered at the Fontana Garden Club’s annual Garden Fair, held May 26 at Pearce’s Farm Stand. The event featured a variety of plants, homemade pies and breads, garden art, cookbooks and a raffle. Proceeds support scholarships for area students pursuing horticulture; this year’s winners were Nathan Welsh, of Elkhorn Area High School, and Shane Marchetti, of Badger High School.
