Nolan Shirk carded an 87 May 26 in a WIAA Division 1 Sectional tournament at Janesville Country Club, but the round was not enough for him to advance to the State Boys Golf Tournament.
The Division 1 State Boys Golf Tournament is June 4 & 5 at University Ridge in Madison.
Shirk’s round included a front nine of 43 and a back nine of 44.
