GLENN H. JOHNSON

     Glenn H. Johnson, 68, of Palmyra, passed away unexpectedly April 13, 2018, at ProHealth Care Emergency Room in Mukwonago.

He was born March 15, 1950, in Milaca, Minn., the son of the late Carl and Elsie (Renstrom) Johnson. Glenn was united in marriage to Sandra J. Anderson on Feb. 13, 1971, in Onamia, Minn. Together, they moved to the Palmyra area, for both to teach for the Mukwonago Area School District. Glenn taught Business Education for 35 years at Mukwonago High School retiring in 2006. He was an active member at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church in Palmyra, serving on various committees through the years. Glenn loved woodworking and was an all around handyman. He had a loving and generous personality making everyone laugh around him with his huge sense of humor.

Glenn was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather who will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 47 years, Sandy; two children, Jodie (Tim) Kujawa of Eagle and Adam (Rachel) Johnson of Monument, Colo.; two grandchildren, Jaden and Molly Kujawa; seven siblings, Arnold (Jan) Johnson, Harold Johnson, Elvin (Marge) Johnson, Elaine (Richard) Asmus, Victor (Judi) Johnson, Linda (Gary) Johnson and Sally (Fred) Treichler; one sister-in-law, Shirley Kuschel, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, infant daughter, Jean; his brother, Elmer; and two sister-in-laws, Mary Ann and Dorothy.

Memorial service will be 11 a.m. on Friday at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 313 W. Main St. Palmyra with the Rev. Steven M.D. Blyth officiating. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory, 320 W. Main St. Palmyra and from 10 a.m. until service time Friday at the church. In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made in Glenn’s name to St. Matthew Lutheran Church or MS Society P.O. Box 4527 New York, N.Y. 10163.
