THOMAS R. POLZER

      Thomas Robert Polzer, 60, passed away at his home in Wisconsin Rapids on April 7, 2018.

He was born March 7, 1958, to Robert and Ann (Emans) Polzer in Elkhorn.

Tom was a graduate of Big Foot High School, class of 1976 and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, class of 1982.

He is survived by his daughters, Amanda (Brian) Buchanan, Emily Polzer, Megan Polzer and their mother, Jo Polzer; his granddaughter, Charlotte Buchanan; sister, Amy (Doug) Hennig; brothers, David (Michele) Polzer and John (Wendy) Polzer; nieces and nephews, Elizabeth (Nick) Kropp, Carly (Jake) Becker, Nicholas Hennig, Olivia, Evan, Emma, Eliza Polzer, Madeline, Abigail and Annie Polzer; great niece, Madison Kropp; and countless friends.

He was predeceased by his paternal and maternal grandparents; parents; infant son, Benjamin; niece, Grace Polzer; and beloved canine companion, Clancy.

Tom will be remembered as a man with a huge smile, a joke for every occasion and as a friend to everyone he met. He will be greatly missed.

A memorial for family and friends will be held this summer in Fontana.
