Cub Scout Pack 225 leaders and Bears Blake Borgen, Colton Cherone, Joshua Olson and Connor Keske cheer on the final run of the day at the annual Pinewood Derby at West Side Elementary School in Elkhorn Feb. 17. Nearly 50 cars were designed and entered to support the pack’s yearlong, Hometown Heroes theme and more than $500 was raised through food and bake sales and People’s Choice awards.
