Patricia Hardwick, 75, of Elkhorn, passed away due to complications from an aneurysm in December 2017.
Pat loved books, cats, gardening, word games, and public radio. She also enjoyed thrift shopping and exercise (or just socializing) at Four Lakes Athletic Club. Visiting with friends and family was her favorite pastime.
She is missed by her children, David Hardwick, Elizabeth McFarland (Hardwick), her cherished grandchildren, and her brother, Michael Kelley, as well as many friends and extended family.
Friends and family and invited to join an open house celebration of Pat’s life from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, March 3 at Someplace Else in Elkhorn.
In lieu of flowers the family will accept donations to the Unitarian Church in Elkhorn and NPR. Special thanks to Mary Tooke for your donation of a plaque in Pat’s name to the Matheson Memorial Public Library.
