At Day in the Bay, a Williams Bay Business Association event held Feb. 3, Kim Kozbiel, of Elkhorn, and Don and Karen Mielke, of Williams Bay, sample chili from area restaurants, sponsored by the Williams Bay Women’s Civic League.
