BONITA LUDOWISE

      Bonita “Bonnie” Ludowise, 97, of Delavan, died Sept. 25, 2017, at Ridgestone Village in Delavan.

She was born in Spring Water, on Feb. 13, 1920, to Fred and Bessie (Christianson) Wood. Bonnie was united in marriage to Dr. Charles Ludowise on May 27, 1943. He passed away on Sept. 21, 1999. Bonnie enjoyed knitting, sewing, painting, crocheting, and cross-stitching. She was also a Cub Scout Den Mother and loved traveling with her husband.

Bonnie is survived by three children, Bob (Judy) Ludowise, of Delavan, Frank (Sandy) Ludowise, of Kenosha, and Dick (Carla) Ludowise, of Elkhorn; a daughter-in-law, Jennifer, of Delavan; 15 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.

Bonnie is preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Charles; a son, Jack, a daughter, Elizabeth; and her parents.

Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Ave in Delavan. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will take place at St. Andrew’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to Aram Public Library.
