FRANK L. LENTEN

Frank L. Lenten, 80, died Sept. 21, 2017. He was born on May 28, 1937, in Milwaukee and became an original Greendale resident at three months of age.

He was an avid worldwide traveler.

He is survived by his life-partner of 43 years, Michael Browne; brother, Jack (C.J.); close friend, Bill Jepson; daughter, Marie; along with grandsons, numerous nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and nephews.

Frank will be best known for his generosity and love to all animals and will be missed by his “Baxter” and “Alex.” Frank and Michael owned “Mini Donuts” at Wisconsin State Fair for 28 years; they also built and operated Brolen Park Assisted Living in East Troy. Frank’s legacy is best exemplified by his laughter and joy for life.

A reception for Frank will be at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 1, at Brolen Farm, W1323 Highway L, East Troy. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Brolen Farm.
