Gerald “Jerry” F. Pestor, 84, of rural Elkhorn, died unexpectedly Sept. 4, 2017, in Clinton.
He was born Feb. 8, 1933, in Elgin, Ill., to the late Emil and Lucille (Myer) Pestor. Jerry was united in marriage to the former Sharon Ann Rose Clark in August of 1961. She died in April of 1978. Jerry drove a delivery truck for BonTon Beverages of Waukesha for more than 27 years.
He is survived by his four children: Jeff Pestor, of Elkhorn, Duane (Michele) Pestor, of Delavan, Marilyn Jones, of Lyons and Pauline (Dave) Beaudin, of Lake Geneva; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three brothers, Richard Pestor and Michael Pestor, both of Clinton, and William Pestor of Iron Mountain, Mich.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 16 years, Sharon; and his son, Wayne Pestor.
