Man charged with selling heroin, meth in East Troy

A warrant was issued Aug. 24 for the arrest of a Racine man charged with selling meth and heroin in East Troy.

Jeffrey R. Barr, 30, was charged Aug. 24 in Walworth County Circuit Court with three counts of delivering methamphetamine and delivering heroin, all second and subsequent offenses.

According to the criminal complaint, police conducted the following controlled buys from Barr at the East Troy Shell gas station – .84 grams of meth on May 30; .9 grams of meth and .33 grams of heroin on June 7; and 1.76 grams of meth on June 14. Police arranged to buy meth from Barr and Whitney Jensen on June 20 at 2526 Main St. in East Troy on June 20, but Barr and Jensen did not show up, according to the complaint. Police searched their home and found narcotics, and Barr and Jensen were arrested.

No charges have been filed against Jensen, according to online court records.
