Bret A. Strong, 53, was charged March 17 in Walworth County Circuit Court with possession of child pornography and delivering marijuana.

According to the criminal complaint, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children traced an image of child pornography to an IP address at Strong’s Maple Street home in the Town of East Troy.
