A status conference is scheduled for Feb. 11 for an Elkhorn man charged with sexual assault for allegedly touching a 7-year-old girl’s buttocks.

Gregory A. Lindmeier, 34, pleaded not guilty Dec. 10 to first-degree sexual assault, sexual contact with a child younger than 13 years old.

According to the criminal complaint, the 7-year-old girl reported that Lindmeier asked her to defecate on the floor on more than one occasion. The girl said Lindmeier would pick up the feces afterward, and on Nov. 16, gently touched her butt after she defecated, according to the complaint.

The girl and her 11-year-old sister said Lindmeier would frequently say “nakey party” and have the girls remove their clothes and run around, according to the complaint. They said Lindmeier also showed them his buttocks and penis multiple times, according to the complaint.

Lindmeier allegedly admitted asking the 7-year-old girl to defecate on the floor and having “nakey parties,” according to the complaint. He told detective he is a “sick, twisted man that needs to be locked up” and said he did those things for sexual arousal, according to the complaint.
