State representative supports district attorney for judge

Having known Dan Necci for the better part of the decade and having served under Dan in the district attorney’s office as an assistant district attorney in Walworth County, I fully support Dan Necci for Walworth County Circuit Court judge.

Dan has the experience, the commitment to community, and the judgment to make a great circuit court judge.

First, Dan’s experience is unparalleled in this judicial race. He’s practiced in Walworth County with a firm located in Elkhorn, he’s owned his own practice also serving the greater Walworth community, and he’s served as our elected district attorney for the past four years. In that time, Dan has practiced in every field of law that a judge would need to have experience in. From family law to business law, contracts, and criminal law, Dan’s dealt with it all in his career.

As district attorney, having been appointed by Gov. Walker in 2012 and having stood for election in 2012, Dan has kept Walworth County a safe place to raise a family. Dan has put away child killers, rapists and child molesters. He has also taken an active role on the war on drugs in our communities. Through his work with the drug and OWI courts, as well as serving on the board of Inspiration Ministries, Dan is working to not only protect the community, but using the taxpayer dollar wisely in doing so.

Dan has slashed the district attorney budget every year he’s been in office. Dan works with other departments to effectively use taxpayer resources. Dan also believes in the rule of law. If you cannot prove something beyond a reasonable doubt, he does not move forward with the charge.

Having seen Dan’s work firsthand, I fully support Dan’s candidacy as our next Walworth County Circuit Court judge. Dan’s record speaks for itself, which is why he’s been endorsed by speaker pro tempore Tyler August, state Rep. Samantha Kerkman, Supreme Court justices Gableman, Bradley, Prosser and Ziegler, which makes the majority of Wisconsin Supreme Court justices and countless other locally elected officials including Mayor Mel Nieuwenhuis of Delavan. Join me in supporting Dan Necci for circuit court judge, and remember to vote in the primary on Feb. 16.
