St. Peter’s to have Fall Festival Oct. 3-4

St. Peter the Apostle Parish, 1975 Beulah Ave., East Troy, will have its annual Fall Festival Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 3 and 4.

The festival opens Saturday at 6 p.m. with music by the Smooth Blues. The beer tent will open at that time and the corn bag tournament is also set to start. Food and beverages will also be available. The festival closes at 10 p.m.

Saturday, the festival runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and features the church’s annual Harvest Dinner, which include oven-roasted chicken dinner, which includes real mashed potatoes and gravy, homemade dressing, coleslaw, hot vegetables, rolls and homemade desserts. Cost is $11 for adults, and $6 for children ages 5 to 12. Children younger than 5 eat for free.

There will also be activities and attractions for the whole family to participate in on Sunday, including a country store with fresh produce and homemade goodies, games, crafts, the White Elephant sale, the Book Nook and more.

The main raffle awards a prize of $1,000 cash as first place, $500 as second place, $250 as third place. Tickets for the main raffle go on sale from parish members prior to the festival or at the festival. Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5. Players need not be present to win. A handmade quilt will be raffled off in a separate raffle.
