John (Jack) William Cusack, Jr., 84, died Jan. 10, 2015, at his home in Lone Tree, Colo.
He was born in Elkhorn on Feb. 15, 1930 and was an alumnus of Lake Geneva High School and a graduate of Elkhorn High School’s Class of 1948. He graduated with a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Wisconsin and served the 82nd Airborne.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; his son, Michael Cusack; and his sister, Audrey LaBrec.
Remains are planned to be interned at St Andrew’s in Delavan on May 16 alongside his father and mother.
