Janice L. “Autumn” Fiantago, 62, of Darien, formerly of Harvard, Ill., died Jan. 27, 2015, at Aurora VNA Zilber Family Hospice in Wauwatosa.
She was born in Illinois on May 15, 1952, to Paul and Shirley Fiantago.
She is survived by her daughter, Shannon (Barry) Melson, of Harvard, Ill.; five grandchildren, Jason, Noah, Savannah, Madison and Travis; cousin Bobbie (Dave) Good, of Elkhorn; and a special friend and caregiver, Jon Kok. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial Services will be at 5 p.m. Thursday at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Ave. in Delavan.
