Openings remain for Warhawk winter baseball clinics

Registration is being accepted for the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Warhawk Winter Baseball Clinics, open to kids 8 to 18 years of age, including high school seniors.

Each clinic will be tailored to the age group of the participants. The skill-based clinics are designed to prepare participants for the upcoming season.

All 8-13 year old participants will perform basic fundamental skills, while all high school participants will perform more advanced skills and drills.

The cost for the two-day clinic is $110. Below are the names, dates and times of the clinics being offered:

Pitchers’ clinic: Dec. 27-28 or Dec. 29-30 (8:30 to 11:30 a.m.)

Hitters’ clinic: Dec. 27-28 or Dec. 29-30 (noon to 3 p.m.)

Fielding clinic: Dec. 27-28 or Dec. 29-30 (3:30 to 6 p.m.)

Catchers’ Clinic: Dec. 31 (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.)
