BARBARA MILLER

Barbara Jeanne Miller, 61, of Whitewater, passed away peacefully at her home in Whitewater.

Barbara was born on Feb. 22, 1953, the daughter of the late James E. and Mildred E. Miller. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she earned a degree in English.

Barbara married her soul mate, Vladimir Thomas and together they enjoyed biking, hiking and nature. Barbara was full of ideas and very creative which allowed her to become a published poet, amazing artist and musician. She will be very well remembered for her wit and her willingness to fight for what she believed in.

She is survived by siblings Juli Miller, Edward (Peggy) Miller and Kenneth Miller, all of Palmyra. Barbara was loved and will be remembered by other relatives and many dear friends.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Vlad; brother, James Miller; and her furry friend, Micro Dot.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, Sept. 27 at Haase Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home from 1 p.m. until the time of sharing memories at 3 p.m.
