 GC 7'31'14 mud bog webA Jeep makes its way through the mud bogs at last year’s Genoa City Days. The 32nd annual event gets under way Friday with performances by Ruthie, of Missouri, at 4:30 p.m. and Big Noise, of Milwaukee, at 8 p.m. First Congregational Church’s pig roast is at 5 p.m. and bingo at 6 p.m. in the north shelter. Saturday’s festivities begin at 8 a.m. with a blood drive and culminate at 8 p.m. with Chasing Amy, of Nashville. Saturday’s highlights are the parade at noon, the inaugural Genasnoers Car Show at 1 p.m. and the kids’ fishing derby from 1 to 4 p.m. The mud bogs start at 9:30 a.m. Sunday.
