Officials release names of man shot, deputy involved

Following a pursuit Oct. 18 that ended on Centralia Street in Elkhorn, the suspect, Sean Dutcher, 38, of Elkhorn, reportedly drove toward a Walworth County Deputy, Peter Wisnefsky, when he was shot and died at the scene.
